Research Interests

The majority of my research is concentrated on quantitative and targeted proteomics, particularly in respect to epigenetic and cancer biology. This includes the identification of dynamic and combinatorial Post Translational Modifications (PTMs) within the Ras/MAPK signaling cascade, as well as those that coalesce in chromatin architecture to thereby influence gene expression. My additional research interests are concerned with post-translational occupancy of low-abundance and esoteric transcription factors.
