Research Interests
I’m interested in modifications of cytosolic and nuclear proteins and their roles in the signaling system in pancreatic cancer. The focus of my study is defining the proteins modified and specific modification sites with use of mass spectrometry. Analyses comparing pancreatic cancer cell line with and without variety of different drugs are currently underway.
