Research Interests
I am interested in development and optimization of strategies for large scale isolation of posttranslational modified proteins, including phosphorylation, O-GlcNAcylation, and ubiquitinylation, from different cell and tissue types. While at Duke University, I was trained in cell and molecular biology while I studied the endoplasmic reticulum chaperone GRP94 and its role in Drosophila development and gut function.
