Work History

2003-Present: Specialist, Mass Spectrometry Facility, UCSF, San Francisco, CA.
2003: Consultant/Independent Contractor, San Francisco, CA.
2002-2003: Software Development Manager, Clarke Consulting, South San Francisco, CA.
2000-2002: Engineering Project Manager and Sr. Software Engineer, SAQQARA Systems, San Jose, CA.
1999-2000: Project Manager and Bioinformatics Programmer, DNA Sciences, Mountain View, CA.

Research Interests

Current work includes creating a pipeline for processing mass spectrometry data files, managing the increasing amounts of data, assisting with IT issues in the Facility, and helping with Prospector development. I will be moving toward more data management and data mining and writing short applications to help members of the Facility to analyze their data.
